Custom Manufacturing

For customers needing specially-made product, our versatility affords a variety of options.

In shell design the following sizes are available: wide oval (4 1/2" x 9 3/4"), narrow oval (4" x 8") and round (6" x 5"). Also, a bottle style unit in either a 3" or 4" diameter is also available.

Inlet/outlet sizes can range from 1" I.D. to 3" I.D. Various configurations can be ordered: single/single, single/dual, dual/dual or dual out same end.

Steel choices include galvanized, aluminized and stainless. In the stainless category we offer three options: '409', '304' and for the custom car market '304 Buff'.

The interior design can also be tailored to the customers preference. Sound level and back pressure can be influenced by the interior tube and baffle choice.

Packaging can be tailored to a customers specific needs. Shipments that are individually packaged can carry a Motivair label, a private label or simply a part number. If needed, shipments can be bulk boxed or shipped without packaging.

Lead time required depends on order size and steel choice.
